A Bit of History

In Celtic myth, the Hooded Crow is associated with war and battle. The crow was also regarded as an omen of death and bound in popular imagination with the Banshee, the fairy witch heard wailing in the days before those unfortunate enough to make her acquaintance depart this mortal coil.

The crow is also portrayed as a wily, smart creature not to be trusted. Good advice, if he keeps the Banshee for company.
