My intention is to keep adding to the collection. I’m constantly out sketching and drawing this fascinating country of ours and I hope in time to have a poster for each county, north and south and for most of the larger towns in between.

A bit of history

Located on a low rocky islet off the Narrows, the entrance to Strangford Lough, Angus rock Lighthouse was built as a daymark, probably in the 19th century and it wasn’t until 1983 that a light was eventually established on the “Rocking Goose”.

The island is noted for it’s seal colonies and from it on a clear day, you can see across to the Isle of Mann and the Lake District beyond.
